How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website. Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking early to secure your spot, as group sizes are limited.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Can I pay in person on the day of the tour?

No, we ask that all bookings are made online in advance.

Tour Details

Where does the tour start and end?

It depends on the tour, but all of our tour meeting points are in central Osaka (exact location will be provided in your booking confirmation). The tour usually ends near a major station for easy access.

How long is the tour?

The group walking tour lasts about 3 hours.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. We also suggest bringing water, sunscreen, and an umbrella depending on the season.

How big are the groups?

We keep our groups small—usually no more than 6 people—so you can enjoy a more personal experience.

What language is the tour conducted in?

All tours are in English, and our guides are bilingual.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24H in advance are fully refundable. Later cancellations are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! Please contact us at least 24H before your scheduled tour and we will work with you to find a suitable time.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine. If there’s extreme weather, we’ll contact you about rescheduling or refunding.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome as long as they can comfortably walk the route.

Can I join if I have limited mobility?

If you have specific accessibility needs you may consider booking our Custom Private Tours.

Is the tour wheelchair/stroller accessible?

Some areas may be challenging, but we’ll do our best to accommodate—please let us know beforehand.

How do I find my guide at the meeting point?

Your guide will be waiting early and ready to find you at the meeting point. Full details will be sent in your booking confirmation. If you have any trouble finding your guide, contact us as soon as you can.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, private tours can be booked through our website.

Do you create custom itineraries?

We can! Email us about what you’d like to see, and we’ll do our best to design a tour for you.

Do I need to tip the guide?

Tips are not required in Japan, but always appreciated and good etiquette if you enjoyed your experience.

What happens if I arrive late?

For group tours we start on time to respect all guests. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help you catch up.
